By creating an account or using MYNDAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you are using MYNDAI on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
MYNDAI is a personal AI memory layer that lets you build a Narrative (identity card), capture project decisions in Threads, and generate a Briefing to paste into any AI tool.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect existing paid users.
You own your data. The Narrative, Threads, decisions, and any other content you create in MYNDAI belong to you. We do not claim any ownership or licence beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
By using MYNDAI, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose — including AI training.
You can export or delete your content at any time. On account deletion, your content is permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
Free plan — available at no cost, subject to the limits described on the pricing page (currently 1 Narrative + 3 Threads).
Pro plan — billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record; all billing disputes are handled through them.
The MYNDAI name, logo, product design, and software are owned by MYNDAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
Nothing in these terms transfers any MYNDAI intellectual property to you.
MYNDAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYNDAI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 — whichever is greater.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with immediate effect for serious violations.
On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections 4 (your content — deletion obligations), 7 (IP), 8 (liability), and 10 (governing law) survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We will notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
